Ever run low of concealer, or don't want to invest in the extra product?
If you take a foundation sponge and swipe up the excess foundation around the neck of the bottle, it will work like concealer because it's thicker-and already the perfect shade!

Create A Custom Palette
If you're really wanting to build your collection of eyeshadows or blushes, it can get expensive FAST.
I recommend taking advantage of the palette options provided by MAC.
The inserts are removable so you don't have to replace the whole thing at the same time, because who ever goes through different colors at the same rate?

There's a brush finder, mascara finder, foundation finder, colour play, custom palette, and goodbyes.
These can be very helpful for ordering online, or to get an idea of what you're looking for before you go to a MAC counter or store.

I've heard several make-up artists say your face never looks finished without eyebrows.
Of course they don't mean to say people don't have eyebrows-but most people don't fill them in to give them the dynamic they need to complete your look.

MAC Gives Back
There are two things about MAC that sets them apart from the rest.
I mentioned these in my Intro Video.
The first is the Viva Glam-these lipsticks are endorsed by celebrities such as Lady Gaga, Cyndi Lauper Nicki Minaj and Ricky Martin.
"Every cent from the sale goes toward helping women, men and children living with and affected by HIV and AIDS," --MAC Viva Glam
The black and red tubes let you know they're part of the Viva Glam line, and it also includes two lip glosses (both of which are very popular and look good on everyone) and a lip conditioner.
The second is Back to MAC. When you return six primary packaging containers to a MAC counter (or do it online) you will receive a free lipstick of your choice in a silver tube. I clarify this because the Viva Glam lipsticks are in black tubes, and cannot be received for free because of the AIDS program tied to it.
If you're wondering which type of containers this applies to, the website lists the following that are accepted online, empty:

Quad Compact
Cream Colour Base
Paint Tube
Pigment
Mascara Tube
Liquid Liner Tube
Powder Compact

Can't find the right shade of lipstick, but you have the perfect pencil?
Use the pencil all over the lip (blot for a more stained look) and use MAC Lip conditioner on top for a healthy gloss!
